Hybrid work at the Institute for Gender Equality

Workplace Inclusion

The Institute for the Equality of Women and Men was established in 2002. It aims to protect and promote gender equality, including the equality of women and men, thereby contributing to an inclusive society. The Institute is an independent interfederal equality body (Equality Body) that also carries out tasks within the framework of federal equal opportunities policy. An Equality Body must exist in every EU Member State to promote equality and combat discrimination.

Typically, huddle rooms are smaller, which lowers the barrier to quickly convene without extensive planning or booking. This promotes faster decision-making as teams can switch gears and exchange ideas more rapidly.

A boardroom, in contrast, is specifically designed for larger, formal meetings that convey a certain level of authority and professionalism. The primary advantage of a boardroom lies in its capacity to accommodate a greater number of participants and the presence of advanced audiovisual equipment. This makes boardrooms exceptionally suitable for important presentations and executive meetings.
