BAM Belgium aims for maximum efficiency in its processes - including its meetings. So, the organization sought a smart video conferencing solution for employees in different locations. An additional requirement was compatibility with the existing systems of the Royal BAM Group. Also on the wishlist: an efficient and user-friendly management system for meeting rooms.

Aviniti proposed a video conferencing solution with various components:
- Lifesize Icon 600 and 400 with full HD PTZ camera: high-quality video conferencing with great ease of use;
- Sony Bravia LED displays: groundbreaking quality for an ultimate viewing experience;
- Barco Clickshare: wireless content sharing from a laptop or mobile device.
- Thanks to the solution, employees can easily present content to colleagues at other locations. This saves BAM Belgium significantly on time and costs because participants no longer need to travel.
In the larger meeting rooms, Aviniti integrated interactive displays from Clevertouch. Participants control their laptops via the touch screen, make annotations in documents, or brainstorm on a digital flipchart.
Total solution for room management
Due to the varying reception occupancy, agenda management for meeting rooms was not always smooth sailing. The Evoko Room Manager, linked to Exchange, provided a solution. An additional plus: the stylish LED screen outside the rooms is easy to operate with an intuitive interface. Room reservation is now child's play, and there are no more double bookings or interruptions.
