Pidpa supplies drinking water around the clock to almost 1.2 million inhabitants in the province of Antwerp. Complete AV setup for auditorium

Pidpa turned to Aviniti for the complete outfitting of an auditorium in their headquarters. Pidpa uses the council chamber for internal and external meetings, lectures, and presentations. On the wishlist was a high-quality audiovisual installation with user-friendly operation, including cameras, microphones, and other components centrally controlled from a control room.

Impressive quality and extensive features

Aviniti implemented a solution with an integrated recording system and five Lumens cameras. The audio, video, signal distribution, and control are provided by Crestron. On one screen, you can see both the speaker and the presentation, as well as the audience and the panel at the front. The solution guarantees a wide range of flawless functionalities and optimal flexibility, all intuitively operable. Thanks to Aviniti's advanced replacement program, components are quickly replaced in case of any defects or maintenance, ensuring maximum continuity.

Quick response to inevitable issues

Aviniti proposed a budget-friendly solution for the extensive task that perfectly met Pidpa's expectations. Due to some devices being defective upon delivery – something Aviniti unfortunately couldn't control – they had to be exchanged for new ones. Thanks to the close collaboration between the Pidpa teams and the quick response from Aviniti, the delay in the installation and programming process was minimized.
