Microsoft Teams as a connectivity tool
Microsoft Teams is one of the most used collaboration programs in the office. It was built from the ground up to support hybrid work and keep teams informed. Give employees the ability to organize and schedule their workday directly from Microsoft Teams. Far into the future, you can determine where you work and which rooms you need, whether recurrent or not.
No additional tool needed, native Teams integration
Book your desk, room, locker, and parking space within the Microsoft Teams environment. No more switching between different software packages! You'll find the same interface of the GoBright booking app 1:1 in Teams.
Meeting rooms and interrogation rooms
The compact rooms were equipped with video bars and Barco Clickshare systems. These all-in-one video bars have everything on board to manage audio and video smoothly. We installed Rallybar kits with consoles on the table. These display the Teams 'join' buttons and provide additional handy shortcuts for, for example, Teams FrontRow. In the interrogation rooms, we installed door panels that display the occupancy status. Booking a room quickly ad hoc also works intuitively.
Single 86" LG professional displays
Crisp color reproduction of your meeting content enhances productivity at any location. Moreover, the wide viewing angle provided by the LG IPS panel ensures clear content without distortion or color shifting. Quite handy when participants follow along from the corners of the room.
Dual displays, keep content and people separated where possible
There is 1 room that we consider XL. Here we work with two cameras, one to capture the presenter and the other can always send a room view. This is a very useful feature during interactive meetings where different participants from the audience speak. Why 2 large LG 86” displays? So you don't have to choose between displaying the presentation/content and the participants, you get both prominently and continuously displayed during your meetings. To complete the setup, you share content via the wireless Barco Clickshare system. This works simply and quickly, without having to install additional software on your PC. Also very handy for external guests who cannot or may not connect to the network.
